El Mergency!

Last Night, Old Work Friend and I made plans to meet for Dinner at Our Favorite Trendy Los Angeles Mexican Restaurant, aka Margaritas/Make-Out Heaven, aka El Compadre. No, we have Never Made Out With Each Other there. We used to go there every night after work when we still worked at The Trendy Los Angeles Hotel Restaurant. But, we are Both Terribly Guilty of Making Out with Boys in Said Heaven/Restaurant. Old Work Friend even Made Out with The Owner/Our Waiter once. But, she swears it was All In The Name Of Free Flaming Margaritas.

My Favorite Part of The Place is I can Walk There. And then Stumble Home, Tequila-Tipsy Later. But, can you Imagine My Disappointment when I got to The Door and Discovered…

IT WAS CLOSED!!??

The Lights were Off, The Gate was Locked. And there was Some Official Looking Sign from The City hanging Lopsided in The Door Window. I couldn’t read what It Said. But, I need to Know: Why Is My Favorite Trendy Los Angeles Mexican Restaurant, aka Margaritas/Make-Out Heaven, aka El Compadre CLOSED??!!! This is Devastating!!

While Someone Figures It All Out For Me, I will now go light The Candles on My Trendy Los Angeles Mexican Restaurant, aka Margaritas/Make-Out Heaven, aka El Compadre Shrine, built in its Honor, late last night, and consisting mostly of Picnic-Style Table Cloths, Discarded Maps Of Mexico Placemats, and, well, Mediocre Food.
